ChronoNets Systems Corporation ("ChronoNets", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of information entrusted to us by our partners, clients, and platform users.

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you request a demonstration, submit a partner application, register for portal access, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, job title, organization name, and the nature of your inquiry.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our platform, we automatically collect certain technical information including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for security monitoring, platform integrity, and aggregate analytics.

1.3 Partner Portal Data

Authenticated users of the ChronoNets Partner Portal may submit additional organizational information as part of the NDA application process. This includes organizational structure, intended use cases, and relevant compliance documentation.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Service Delivery

We use collected information to process demonstration requests, evaluate partner applications, provide access to NDA-gated materials, and communicate with you regarding your inquiries and account status.

2.2 Security and Compliance

ChronoNets Systems Corporation operates in regulated sectors including defense, financial infrastructure, and sovereign systems. We use collected data to maintain platform security, detect unauthorized access, and fulfill applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

2.3 Platform Improvement

Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used to improve platform performance, user experience, and service offerings. We do not use individual behavioral data for advertising or third-party profiling.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

3.1 No Sale of Personal Data

ChronoNets Systems Corporation does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

3.2 Service Providers

We may share information with carefully vetted service providers who assist in platform operations, subject to strict confidentiality agreements and data processing terms consistent with this policy.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ChronoNets Systems Corporation, our partners, or the public.

3.4 Confidential and Restricted Materials

Access to confidential or restricted demonstration materials and technical documentation is governed by separate Non-Disclosure Agreements. Information shared under NDA is subject to the terms of those agreements in addition to this policy.

4. Data Security

4.1 Technical Safeguards

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, session management, and regular security assessments. Our platform is designed with security-first architecture consistent with the standards we apply to our own technology offerings.

4.2 Retention Schedule

Contact inquiries and demonstration requests: 24 months from last contact. Partner portal accounts: duration of partnership plus 36 months. Authentication and security logs: 12 months. NDA application records: duration of agreement plus 60 months as required by compliance obligations. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

4.3 Lawful Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the following lawful bases: (a) Contract — to fulfil demonstration requests, partner applications, and portal access; (b) Legitimate Interests — for platform security, fraud prevention, and aggregate analytics; (c) Legal Obligation — where required by applicable law or regulation; (d) Consent — where you have explicitly opted in to specific communications.

4.4 Data Hosting Locations

ChronoNets Systems Corporation is currently in active development. Platform infrastructure and data processing services are hosted with cloud providers operating data centers in the United States and European Union. Specific hosting locations and infrastructure providers will be disclosed in full upon commercial launch. We do not transfer personal data to jurisdictions without adequate data protection frameworks without appropriate safeguards in place.

4.5 Subprocessors

We engage a limited number of third-party service providers ("subprocessors") who process personal data on our behalf, including cloud infrastructure, authentication, and platform operations providers. All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable privacy law. A current list of subprocessors is available upon request at [email protected]. We will notify registered users of material changes to our subprocessor list with reasonable advance notice.

5. Your Rights

5.1 Access and Correction

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and request correction of any inaccuracies. Authenticated portal users may update certain profile information directly within the portal.

5.2 Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations and the terms of any applicable NDA or partnership agreement.

5.3 Additional Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to: restrict processing; object to processing based on legitimate interests; request data portability; withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6.1 Essential Cookies

We use essential session cookies required for portal authentication and platform security. These cannot be disabled without impairing core functionality.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand aggregate platform usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or portal notification. Continued use of our platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
