Terms of Service

By accessing or using any ChronoNets Systems Corporation platform, website, demonstration environment, or partner portal (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2.1 Platform Access

ChronoNets Systems Corporation provides secure intelligence platforms, demonstration environments, and partner resources across eleven technology verticals including AI/ML systems, cybersecurity, financial infrastructure, sovereign systems, and advanced technology research.

2.2 Tiered Access

Certain Services are available publicly. Others require registration, NDA execution, or explicit authorization. Access to NDA-gated materials is governed by the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement in addition to these Terms. Unauthorized access to restricted materials is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Demonstration Environments

All demonstration environments use synthetic data. No real operational data, confidential or restricted information, or live system credentials are exposed through demonstration interfaces. Demonstrations are provided for evaluation purposes only and do not constitute a representation of any specific deployment configuration.

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for portal access or submitting partner applications. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of access.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach at [email protected].

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

You may not: attempt to circumvent access controls or authentication mechanisms; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform component; use automated tools to scrape or extract data; share NDA-gated materials with unauthorized parties; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

4.1 Ownership

All content, technology, trademarks, and materials available through the Services are the exclusive property of ChronoNets Systems Corporation or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in ChronoNets intellectual property.

4.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms and any applicable NDA, ChronoNets grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal evaluation and business purposes.

4.3 Feedback

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you voluntarily provide regarding the Services may be used by ChronoNets without restriction or compensation, provided such feedback does not include your confidential information, pre-existing intellectual property, or proprietary research concepts. This clause does not apply to information shared under a separate NDA or confidentiality agreement.

Certain materials accessible through the Services are designated as confidential or restricted. Confidentiality obligations arise through: (a) execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement, which governs the specific materials and terms disclosed thereunder; or (b) express written designation by ChronoNets of specific information as confidential. You agree to treat all non-public technical information, architecture documentation, and system specifications as confidential where so designated, and not to disclose such information to unauthorized parties.

ChronoNets Systems Corporation provides analytical software, decision-support tools, workflow infrastructure, and research environments. It does not provide regulated financial advice, investment management, brokerage services, or asset management. Any financial-related technology is provided as software tools only. Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate regulatory, legal, and compliance review before deploying any financial technology in a regulated context.

6.1 As-Is Basis

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChronoNets Systems Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

6.3 Financial Information Disclaimer

Information relating to financial systems, market infrastructure, or investment-related technology is provided for informational and evaluation purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or regulatory guidance.

ChronoNets reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, applicable law, or that ChronoNets determines is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where ChronoNets Systems Corporation is registered. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
