ChronoNets Education pilots may involve the collection and processing of learner profile data (name, progress, assessment results) solely for the purpose of operating and evaluating the pilot programme. This data will be held securely, not shared with third parties, and deleted or returned at the conclusion of the pilot unless a written agreement provides otherwise. By submitting this application, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this arrangement on behalf of your institution and that appropriate consent or legal basis exists for learner data processing under applicable law (including, where relevant, GDPR, FERPA, or equivalent national legislation).
